Celebration of Research

The annual Celebration of Research highlights the successes of the Student Researchers in the WISEST Summer Research Program. This is a very special event for the WISEST students as they present their high-calibre research posters to family, friends, University dignitaries, Program Partners and Contributors. The Celebration of Research is an ideal chance to experience firsthand the WISEST students’ enthusiasm for the Summer Research Program learning and mentoring opportunity.

Student Research in Scientific Journals

Participants in the Summer Research Program contribute to the overall research objectives of the lab in which they work.  In a few cases, participants have contributed so much to the research that they have been included as authors on scientific publications and presentations(*).
